Crown Perth

Perth Australia’s first Five Diamond Resort, Crown Tower represents the collaborative work of multiple international design firms. The site, podium, tower, pool & spa, VIP club and individual F&B venues were assigned separate design firms, and each were contracted directly to Crown Limited. Logistically Eslick Designs work included peer review and coordination between all firms and required almost two years of regular attendance in video conferences with stakeholders in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and the US.

A great deal of effort was given to materiality including a mandate to provide products fabricated from sustainable materials and available for local procurement. Additionally, all colors were to embrace the architectural palette in every detail. The result was a visually stunning sign system integrated perfectly within its environment.
